3 Steps to Overcoming Disappointment, Loneliness and Failure which leads to Hypertension or Depression!

You don't need to cry, wallow in self pity or get drunk with alcohol for being lonely, disappointed or Failing.

Here's three (3) tested and proven ways to overcome loneliness and disappointment.

Step One

 Don't be Scared to Address/Appraise Scrutiny reasons for your loneliness / Disappointment.


Step Two

Forgive yourself or whatever reason / factor responsible to your Loneliness / Disappointment.

Step Three

Move on in Life by Getting busy.

Get Busy, this is the most Important of all;

"When you get busy, You forget your problems"

"When you get busy your are less prone to hypertension or better still you control your Hypertension Level from aggravating"

"When you get busy, you become happy because you are engaging your senses into action"

"When you get busy, you become a better Person in the process"

How to get busy

- Watching Movies
- Going for Sight Seeing
- Listening to Music
- Researching
- Doing extra Activities to your existing Schedule
- Sleeping
- Hanging out with Friends
- Setting new goals and working towards them excetra.

In conclusion;
 If you are disappointed, hypertensive or lonely, don't just seat down killing your health and depriving yourself of the brighter side in Life;

All you need do is
 " MOVE ON, GET BUSY"
and you'll see that you would be recovering Just fine in no time.

Remember Life goes on, Its up to you to decide on being Sad or Happy.
